Learn to relax: body scan exercise

This first Positive Psychology exercise aims to offer you the chance of trying an activity that will help you relax and increase your sense of well-being in your life.

It is called Body Scan and it is a simple exercise-meditation of awareness that will help you deal with stress and enhance the feeling of psycho-physical relaxation.

The meditation you will find in this video is in Italian. A meditation in English will be available soon.

Thanks to a constant practice, you will become better at identifying your body tensions and to let them go.

Numerous researches indicate that this kind of meditation, if practised regularly, is capable of increasing the ability of managing stress and anxiety while reducing, even considerably, the intensity of some kinds of pain.

I wish you a good practice and an amazing relaxation!
