Random acts of kindness

A study conducted by Lyubomirsky, Tkach and Yelverton in 2004, states that deliberately making acts of kindness can increase the levels of happiness and well-being.

Starting from this idea, I’ve decided to invite you to perform this extremely simple activity: DO AT LEAST ONE ACT OF KINDNESS PER DAY FOR A WHOLE WEEK. It can be small or big. It can be towards people you know or strangers.

If you need some inspiration, here is a website I am particularly fond of with many interesting ideas:

BE CREATIVE! Take inspiration and create your personalized acts of kindness,

“A gentle word, a kind look, a good-natured smile can work wonders and accomplish miracles.”
