Intuition is a precious resource, often underestimated because it is difficult to explain or systematise. Frequently associated with the magical or irrational, it is sometimes feared or marginalised within professional practice. Yet, in the helping relationship, intuition can serve as an inner compass—a subtle guide that enables us to perceive nuances, unspoken needs, and deep movements within ourselves and others.
This seminar aims to create a safe, open, and stimulating space in which to train and refine intuitive sensitivity, exploring it through practical exercises, shared reflection, and theoretical integration.
The meeting of Psychosynthesis and Transactional Analysis will offer a rich and original framework: on the one hand, a connection with the deeper, more creative parts of the Self; on the other, clear and accessible tools to interpret relationships and understand ongoing processes.
Through individual and group exercises, active listening, guided visualisations, and opportunities for dialogue, participants will be able to discover, strengthen, and consciously make use of their intuition.
An opportunity to value what is often felt but not easily explained—and to integrate intuition as a concrete resource into one’s way of being and working.
