The practice of Mindfulness entails paying attention to the present moment and to what it is happening inside and outside us with an open and non-judgemental attitude. Its aim is to strengthen our ability of fully living the present and to look at ourselves and the world with acceptance and without any judgement.
If practised consistently and regularly, the practice of Mindfulness can reinforce the immunity system, it increases the sense of well-being and the concentration, it reduces blood pressure and the sensitivity to pain, it noticeably improves our ability of managing stress and tolerating anxiety.
