Life Flow Training for Stress Management (in Italian)

Stress is a normal part of life. Sometimes it’s an enemy that creates barriers and some other times it’s a valuable ally. However, for it to be an ally, you need the right tools and the right mental attitude.

LiFT (Life Flow Training for Stress Management) is a new psycho-fitness  program that will teach you how to make stress become your best friend and maintain your psycho-physical balance even during life  hard, challenging times.

How does Life Flow Training work?

Life Flow Training structure is inspired by High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which is an effective and challenging physical workout format. HIIT incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements followed by short periods of lower intensity ones. In this way,  you can get maximal health benefits in minimal time. Inspired by this structure, Life Flow Training alternates moments of intense emotional, psychologic and neuronal activation to moments of psychophysical recovery so to teach the participants on how to better tolerate stress and find inner peace in a shorter time.

Thanks to the latest research in Neuroscience about stress and to the tools from Neurolinguistic programming, Solution-focused therapy and from many other psychologic and psychotherapeutic approaches LiFT constantly works on many levels in order to value the resources and the uniqueness of every single participant.

Life Flow Training  develops in two levels:

LiFT – Foundation (online)

  • It is composed of three online two-hour Zoom sessions (for a total of 6 hours)
  • In these sessions, following the sequences of a real emotional high intensity interval training, you will learn how to deal with stress management. By alternating moments of intense psychophysical activation and recovery, you will be helped by your coaches to improve your resilience to stress and take control of yourself and your life.
  • You will learn a huge amount of ready-to-use tools to better cope with stress. All those tools come from coaching, counselling, psychotherapy, NLP, mindfulness and neuroscience.

LiFT – Evolution & Integration (in-person – Genova)

  • It is a life-transforming IN-PERSON training day (8 hours)
  • During this day, your coaches will guide you step by step to acquire full mastery of LiFT tools and create a new relationship with stress.

To get better results you are advised to participate to both training levels but you may attend just the Foundation Level, if you desire so.


Your coaches:

Micaela Stecca, trainer in effective communication, fitness specialist, strategic coach. She has been working in the fitness field for 27 years, she liaises motion to effective art of communication and develops customized trainings. Trainer at the Scuola Regionale dello Sport (Liguria), she collaborates with CONI (Comitato Olimpico Nazionale Italiano) and CSI (Centro Sportivo Italiano). She obtained the NLP Advanced Master Practitioner Certificate, with Richard Bandler. She believes in living life with joy and awareness and believes that a good communication with self and others results in a good quality of life.

Paolo Assandri, is a Psychologist, a Psychotherapist and has a 20 year experience in personal growth. He specialises in psychodynamic psychotherapy, has a degree in coaching and other forms of short-term psychotherapy. He is based in London where he lives and works mainly on anxiety disorders and chronic pain management. He has been working on corporate wellness for years. He speaks of himself as a respectful and kind human being that has kept for years a huge curiosity towards life and its multiple manifestations.

This course is for anyone who wants to improve their personal growth and learn how to manage stress more efficiently in order to have a better life.


When:

LiFT is a 4 session training course (3 online and 1 in-person). Online course only is available as well.

FOUNDATION (online): on Zoom calls on the following days:

10 March 2022 from 8:30pm to 10:30pm CET

24 March 2022 from 8:30pm to 10:30pm CET

7 April 2022    from 8:30pm to 10:30pm CET

EVOLUTION & INTEGRATION (in-person):

The course will be held in-person on 15th of May 2022 from 10:00am to 6:00pm in the beautiful setting of Castello di Nervi (Genova) that overlooks the unique harbour of Genova Nervi.

In the event of Covid-19, the in-person course might be online via Zoom or might be postponed.
